Everything was great, the wifi was excellent. The rooms were extremely spacious and quiet and had a microwave, an electric kettle and a dishwasher. Everyone we met from the staff was so caring and very attentive. It was in a comfortable location with Kasbah nearby.

it was a relaxing experience. everything was great from staff, who were welcoming, to the marvellous location. it was 28 minutes' drive from the airport.

I recently stayed at Silvi Villas for a romantic getaway. The apartment was small but nice, with a well-designed and clean interior. I loved having a private terrace and access to a small pool. The surprise of a saltwater pool was a great alternative to chlorine. Additionally, the location was ideal with easy parking and everything I needed within reach. a comfortable and cozy stay that exceeded my expectations.

The total experience was really lovely, I would definitely recommend. Everything was great, fantastic location close to nightlife, cafe, bars, supermarket, many fantastic restaurants, bars and the beach and Playa del Ingles, affable staff. Got the same fairly quiet villa on the grounds booked online, greatly enjoyed that. The room had a microwave, a personal safe and air conditioning plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The lack of attention to detail detracted from the experience. Broken fixtures and fittings made us apprehensive, and the pool towels were too small. The worst aspect was the unfriendly and unhelpful staff who created an uncomfortable atmosphere during our Christmas stay.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. We would have preferred double beds instead of single beds that were slightly unstable.

The restaurant and bar area are perfect for outdoor dining, while the location is convenient with the supermarket and restaurants nearby.

The customer service could have been more attentive to our needs. We were not informed about the check-out procedure and the staff did not provide us with any information regarding the spa treatments that are offered.

The location of this resort is superb, with the beach, shops, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. You'll be right in the heart of all the action, making it convenient to explore everything Playa del Ingles has to offer. The villas themselves are spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The pool area is stylish and the water temperature is perfect. Noelia, the manager, is incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

The price may be a bit high, considering it was January, but the apartments are definitely worth it.
